Rear Shoulder / Rotator Cuff Functional Exercise
This "Rear deltoid- rotator cuff" Exercise is a must if you want big, pain free shoulders. The advantage is that you do not need any equipment. This exercise is awesome for pitchers, tennis players, golf, quarterbacks, etc. It is the best rehab exercise that builds muscle at the same time. A friend of mine, Tom Venuto has been incorporating these type of unbalanced power movements into his own program. And he has been sharing it with his "Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle" Inner Circle members. Craig Ballantyne is also a big fan of functional kettle bell type exercises. His award winning fitness program "Turbulence Training" utilizes many movements like the hang clean. Craig is the real deal and loves real exercises that produce real results. Another man who knows what he's talking about is Mike Geary. His "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" program is amazing. He also incorporates unique exercises like the "Seated Rubber Band Shoulder Press". He is a Certified Nutrition Expert. And he is right on about how the low fat and diet food industry is not only deceiving us but they are getting us fatter & killing some of us. I started doing these type of movements back in 1983 as a power-movement for football. We were taught the big 3, squats, deadlift, and hang-clean. if youve ever read new moon by stephanie meyer, i sorta got the beginnning of this part from one of the chapters . :D enjoy!! "That's it!" Lexi mom yelled while they ate dinner in silence. "What?" Lexi asked confused. "Honey, he's just a boy. Forget about him! It isn't healthy to just mope around like this. At this age you're supposed to go through a lot of relationships and breakups, it's life." She said still yelling a bit. Lexi didn't respond at first. "What makes you think I haven't already forgotten about him?" she said putting her fork in her food but not eating it. This was probably the stupidest question ever asked. "Honey... Oh!" she yelled suddenly with happiness. "Your dad! You can visit your dad in Palm Beach! There's lots of boys there and you haven't seen your father in almost a year, its perfect! You're going to your fathers this week and it's not debatable. I'm gonna go pack for you!" she said never wiping a smile off her face. She ran upstairs to go pack for Lexi and left her sitting alone at the dinner table. She sighed. Maybe it is good if I go away for a while. She thought. Lexi's mom was right. Lexi hadn't forgotten about nick in the slightest way, which she though was stupid since she figured nick had already moved on. But she didn't know how wrong she was. Nick had spent the past 5 months without Lexi, which was a task he thought was impossible. Every single day he wouldn't do anything at all. He was forced into doing Jonas Brothers appearances and concerts and he tried to put on a happy face for that, but was utterly unsuccessful. She was all he could think about and he missed her more than words could describe. Everyday he would plan to call her or text her to see how she was doing, but never found he courage to. Joe and Kevin hated seeing nick like this so they kept introducing him to new girls, but it only made it worse. Nick couldn't understand at all why he missed her so much. He had been through alt of relationships and he always bounced back really fast. What was wrong with him? Nick got up too early as usual. Today he was feeling different, and that was because he couldn't take it anymore. He had to see Lexi. He waited all day, hesitating to pick up the phone, finally at 5:00 pm he dialed Lexi number. "Hello?" a voice asked, but it wasn't Lexi's, it was her mom. "Hi, it's nick. Is Lexi there?" he asked hopefully. "Oh I'm sorry nick you just missed her. She's flying to Florida tonight to visit her dad. She's in a car going to the airport right now. I would be with her but she had the neighbor drive her because I have an important meeting to go to." She explained. Nick's heart dropped. "How long will she be gone?" he asked preying it wouldn't be long. "A month." She answered. Oh no. Nick had gone his limit. He HAD to see her. He couldn't wait another month. "What airport?" he asked urgently. "L.A.X. Why? Are you going there?" she asked. "I have to see her." He said then he hung up.

Seattle Pageant
Angel Beauty Pageants is a non-profit organization which raises money for local and national charities. Our fundraising pageants are lots of fun for the participants as well as the deserving benefactor. Contestants ages 2 to 17 will compete in their respective age division to win the crown, scholarship money, and lots of other prizes. It's a fun competition and everyone walks away with something! During rehearsals contestants will participate in classes on positive body image, healthy eating, and age appropriate skin care. This is a great starter pageant and a huge self esteem builder.
